B. Creative outlets: exercise, recreational activities, sports, music, art, and other hobbies. Are these activities a part of my life, creating a healthy balance?
C. Stress and anxiety are signs indicating that we are involved in too many activities. What activities can you eliminate to simplify your life?

B. Do these relationships cultivate a life that gives me refreshment or depletes my energy?
