B. How does my work affect my union with God (positive and negative)?

C. Am I attentive to divine appointments during the day, or do I feel like there is too much on my plate and can only focus on my immediate responsibilities?

A. Do I take care of my health and nutrition (knowing that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit)?

A. Evaluate how much time you spend at church, at work, with family, and with friends. Can I make changes to create a schedule that is more peaceful?

B. Creative outlets: exercise, recreational activities, sports, music, art, and other hobbies. Are these activities a part of my life, creating a healthy balance?

C. Stress and anxiety are signs indicating that we are involved in too many activities. What activities can you eliminate to simplify your life?

A. Do I have healthy boundaries in the workplace, ministry setting, church, and in my personal life?
